Before you order

Please review the product page, options, ingredients, directions, quantity, and final checkout total before paying. Our catalog includes urinary tract drink mixes, daily supplements, vaginal probiotics, bladder support products, wipes, a pH-balanced vulva cleanser, bundles, and an emergency kit. Follow product labels and seek professional medical advice when appropriate. A purchase does not create a medical or professional care relationship.

Prices, promotions, and payment

All product prices and checkout totals are shown in USD. The price shown at checkout after any displayed promotion is the price you agree to pay. A storewide promotion applies to eligible products while it is visibly offered; it is not an additional discount on top of an already displayed sale price unless the checkout expressly says so. We do not add a minimum order requirement for free shipping. Any tax required at checkout is included in the final total shown before you pay. We cover applicable import duties, customs charges, and related import taxes so you are not asked for an extra payment to receive your order.

Payment is handled through the methods offered at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion outside our control, but we charge the order in USD. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; acceptance is subject to successful payment, product availability, and our ability to deliver to the address provided. If an item cannot be fulfilled or a listing contains a clear pricing or availability error, we will contact you and refund any payment for the affected item rather than substitute something without your agreement.

Dispatch, delivery, and changes

Orders normally ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, with delivery typically estimated at 6–12 business days after shipment. Shipping is free to every destination available at checkout. Some products may be restricted in particular locations; if we cannot lawfully deliver an item, we will cancel and refund that item. For tracking, delays, damage, or an incorrect address, see the Shipping Policy and contact us through the Contact page. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch; after dispatch, the return process may apply.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 60 days after delivery. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the right instructions, particularly for opened supplements, intimate-care products, or emergency-kit components. Eligible return shipping is arranged at no cost to you. Once approved, a refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See the Refund Policy for details. Any rights that applicable consumer law gives you continue to apply.
